About
Skateboarding, photography, watching old movies, listening to music, and miniature painting. I do more than just design; I'm constantly feeding my curiosity and tinkering.
I'm a recent graduate looking for full-time opportunities in UX Design.
I'm a recent graduate of RIT and I'm looking for job opportunities. I have experience in UX design as well as graphic design, motion graphics, and front-end development code.
I grew up in New Jersey where I learned how to skateboard at a young age. I ended up skating competitively for most of my childhood and then later on became an instructor teaching kids how to skate as well. As a skateboarder, I've learned that the best way to succeed is having a strong community where everyone supports each other to achieve their goals. I apply myself in that way in my design communities where I value and implement feedback in order to further my skills as a designer.
Hobbies & Interests.
I have a big interest in the board sports. Skateboarding, snowboarding, and, although it's been a while, I also enjoy surfing. I've competed in skateboarding competitions across the country and have even competed in a national championship (even though I didn't place among the finalists). They've taught me the important lesson that when you get knocked down, you have to get right back up and try again. That's been a lesson that applies to everything I do now.
I'm also a huge fan of sci-fi and horror movies. I'm a huge Star Wars geek and can answer 90% of trivia questions about it. I also enjoy horror movies like The Thing, Alien, and Hellraiser.
I have a very wide range of music tastes, but I love all of them equally. It's a big influence on my design workflow, and helps me focus on making great products.
Miniature painting helps me keep a steady hand. I'm a big fan of Warhammer, and although I don't know how to play, their miniatures are very fun to paint.
