Using my own custom built model of a lightbulb, I was able to create a scene for these models to interact with each other with the usage of different lighting. These models were then rendered to be used as a fake ad for General Electric.
The theme I had for this project was to model objects that would fit into a cubic foot for a certain point in history. I chose chemical warfare during WWI and modeled a gas mask, mustard gas canisters, and German K bullets. This project was a challenge to be able to fit the objects into only a square foot of space, but I was very pleased with the results at the end.
This 3D engine serves no actual functional purpose. This was used to practice my abilities in 3D animation and usage of Xpresso in Cinema 4D to essentially make a cool looking engine.
This project was created for one of the events at RIT. For this poster, I used some interesting cloner and collider effects to get that variation in the bricks as well as that bursting effect.
